Welcome to Smokin' Hillbilly Jerky!

Uncle Earl hasn't got his smoker up and runnin' yet, but we'd still like to get your mouth watering. So, here's a quick look at some fixins that will change the way you think about jerky.

  • Tender and moist thick cuts of U.S.D.A. Choice beef.  In the hills, we dont have good teeth, so it must be tender and no need to wash it down with moonshine.
  • Marinated for 6 hours in a special marinade to give it a unique taste that will make you want to hide it from your kin folk.
  • Naturally hard wood smoked for 6 hours. Low and slow, like Paw would do.
  • No dehydrator used on this stuff.  Dehydrator, whats that?

Granny P’s Favorite
Well...next to her Grand Kids!  Mild and tender with a serious smoke flavor.

Paw Paw’s Choice
A woodsy flavor. Black peppered to add a little spiciness, just like PawPaw.

Uncle Earl’s “Fire In The Hole”
Better than white lightening, but you may need some to cool this one down. It’s kicked up with cayenne pepper and crushed red pepper flakes.

Cousin Bubba's Asian Fling
Anyone will remember this one, like their last fling! Our original marinade blended with a teriyaki sauce to achieve this unique flavor.
